The Role

As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be the face of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with high-value clients, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective B2B and B2C clients through cold calling, networking, and social selling.

• Strategy Execution: Implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals.

• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends in Nigeria to keep Hamthel Holdings ahead of the competition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing.

• A “can-do” attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
